R. Balasubramanian

Director & CEO

Bala was a promising cricketer who represented Tamil Nadu in Junior BCCI tournaments. He has over two decades of experience in the sports industry through various leadership roles. As Regional Head of EduSports (Now SportzVillage), he played a pivotal role in making sports an integral part of education in 150+ schools in Tamil Nādu between 2010 and 2021. His last assignment at SportzVillage was Head of Active Club – a D2C Digital Physical Activity Platform launched by SportzVillage to help children stay active during the pandemic.

V. Balaji

Director

Balaji started his career at AMEX, before becoming a journalist. He was the Sports Editor at Deccan Chronicle, and has travelled across the globe covering cricket. As a Sports Management professional, Balaji has managed several top Indian cricketers and provided sustainable brand solutions for IPL teams among others. As the President of the Tamil Nadu Sports Journalist Association (TNSJA), Balaji founded the scholarship program for deserving, economically challenged athletes. The program now is still going strong after a decade. Balaji is also the Media Director of CPL Champions St. Kitts & Nevis Patriots.

P. Srinivasan

Cricket Academy Head Coach

Full time professional coach since 2012, P. Srinivasan is a Certified ICC level 1 Coach. He has previously worked with leading coaching institute as head coach and administrator. He understands the modern needs in shaping elite cricket and has also worked along with top World Class coaches.

Meera J Pillai

Vice President – Corporate Communication

Meera J Pillai started her career with Deccan Chronicle, Chennai, as their Chief sub editor and reporter, a role she handled for three years. Her tryst with Radio (Chennai Live) lasted a year, as Head of Programming. After four years in the media, she moved to MJ Enterprises, Kochi, a family-owned HR and Facilities Management Company. Meera later joined Global Adjustments, where she headed Publishing in the role of Deputy Editor. She is the author of the bestselling novel Maya and the Sword of Gringak and has been part of several other published works.
